Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in assigned warehouse locations with proper labeling.
- Select, package, and prepare materials for shipment or delivery to project sites.
- Load and unload goods, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Operate company vehicles to transport materials to job sites, vendors, and clients promptly.
- Confirm delivery accuracy and ensure all documentation is correctly completed.
- Keep updated records including delivery logs, inventory reports, and required forms.
- Adhere to safety protocols, Department of Transportation regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain clean and orderly conditions in the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Support inventory audits and periodic cycle counting activities.
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and project staff.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers and on-site personnel.
