Gap Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Associate (C2) to play a key role in preparing and moving merchandise through our Distribution Center. You will maintain safety, production, and accuracy standards to ensure outstanding product reaches our customers.

What You'll Do

Perform ticketing, stocking, picking, packing, counting, loading, unloading, housekeeping, and safety functions.
Ensure consistency in work quality while meeting performance metrics in your assigned work areas.
Collaborate with team members through constructive feedback to support process improvements and cost reductions.
Work under direct supervision and follow standard operating procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Work in multiple departments as assigned while meeting performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and stack cartons, while standing or walking for up to 12 hours at a time.
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs (range may vary based on work assignment).
Ability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
Ability to learn standard operating procedures acquired through on-the-job training, to include power industrial vehicle (PIV) where applicable.
Ability to independently login to a computer and operate digital tablets or electronic wearable devices.
Ability to independently complete a self-guided orientation on the computer or digital tablet.
Basic level of English, Spanish, or French written and oral proficiency to communicate with Supervisors and understand safety signage and protocols.
