Logicalis, Inc. is looking for a Bilingual Service Desk Technician (Tier 1) fluent in Spanish and English. You'll provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for corporate clients' PC hardware and software, efficiently handling 50-60 technical issues per day using remote tools and a ticketing system.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to corporate client employees
- Assist users in troubleshooting Outlook and Microsoft Office Products
- Provide support for Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10)
- Configure and support mobile device email synchronization
- Utilize the Active Directory database to reset network passwords
- Assist users in adding and changing network printers
- Provide technical support for VPN connectivity issues
- Control user computers using remote access tools
- Troubleshoot remote access connectivity problems
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in both English and Spanish
- 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Knowledge of Office 365 support
- Knowledge of user creation/termination tasks and end-user self-service tools
- Knowledge of cloud support and multiple device data syncing
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office365, Outlook, Lotus Notes
- Knowledge of Internet Service Provider (ISP), cable modem, and internet support
- Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Experience navigating a knowledge base
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong technical and client interaction skills
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow through with tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral, written, technical, and business communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- A personal smartphone with 2-factor authentication capabilities for work tasks
Nice to Have
- A Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
