Gap Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Associate (C1) to join our distribution team. In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment to prepare and move merchandise according to safety, production, and accuracy standards. You’ll maintain and verify documentation to facilitate the flow of goods through our Distribution Center.

What You'll Do

Perform ticketing, stocking, picking, packing, counting, loading, unloading, housekeeping, and safety functions.
Ensure quality of work while meeting performance metrics in assigned work areas.
Collaborate with team members through constructive feedback to support process improvements and cost reductions.
Work under direct supervision and follow standard operating procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Work in multiple departments as assigned while meeting performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and stack cartons while standing or walking for up to 12 hours at a time.
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs (range may vary based on work assignment).
Ability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
Ability to learn standard operating procedures acquired through on-the-job training, to include power industrial vehicle (PIV) where applicable.
Ability to independently login to a computer and operate digital tablets or electronic wearable devices.
Ability to independently complete a self-guided orientation on the computer or digital tablet.
Basic level of English written and oral proficiency to communicate with Supervisors and understand safety signage and protocols, or basic Spanish or French proficiency.
