About the Role

WEX Inc. is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive sales and growth for the Chevron commercial fleet card program. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new B2B accounts across a territory covering Georgia, Florida, and Texas.

What You'll Do

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales monthly KPIs for net cards, gallons, and revenue.
  • Develop a strategic territory expansion plan in collaboration with your sales manager.
  • Self-generate leads and build a robust pipeline of commercial card opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills through superior product and competitive knowledge.
  • Effectively cross-sell other WEX products and services.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience with proven client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell against the competition.
  • Strong prospect-channel identification, development and qualification skills.
  • High degree of territory management capability.
  • Travel is required; must be comfortable with air and vehicle travel.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

  • Ability to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills, including maintaining a prospect database in Salesforce.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to sell at all decision-making levels.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
