WEX Inc. is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive sales and growth for the Chevron commercial fleet card program. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new B2B accounts across a territory covering Georgia, Florida, and Texas.
What You'll Do
- Consistently meet or exceed sales monthly KPIs for net cards, gallons, and revenue.
- Develop a strategic territory expansion plan in collaboration with your sales manager.
- Self-generate leads and build a robust pipeline of commercial card opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills through superior product and competitive knowledge.
- Effectively cross-sell other WEX products and services.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience with proven client acquisition.
- Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to sell against the competition.
- Strong prospect-channel identification, development and qualification skills.
- High degree of territory management capability.
- Travel is required; must be comfortable with air and vehicle travel.
- Successful completion of a background check.

- Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills, including maintaining a prospect database in Salesforce.
