Motorola Solutions is looking for a CPQ Business Operations Analyst to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting critical functions within Salesforce and CPQ that enable our global sellers to sell more and sell faster. You will be part of a team focused on delivering new capabilities in Sales Quoting and Sales Enablement.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on the global design and deployment of new sales tools, launching critical functionality and enhancements to users across all business regions.
- Partner with key cross-functional teams including IT, Order Management, and Product to represent Sales needs and drive strategic projects forward.
- Act as a subject matter expert on go-to-market processes to gather business requirements and design effective new business processes.
- Define use cases, develop comprehensive test scenarios and scripts, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Create and maintain clear business process documentation and deliver engaging training sessions to new and existing users.
- Develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans for new tool launches, creating strategies for change management, communication, and support to drive user adoption and maximize sales efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of product planning, sales operations, sales and/or IT experience.
Nice to Have
- Project Management experience.
- Experience working with Oracle CPQ, ERP systems, Salesforce CRM, and other Business Operations IT applications.
