Abbott is hiring a Territory Business Manager for its Osvita division in Jalandhar. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting pharmaceutical products across your assigned geography. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and executing division strategy through effective field execution.
What You'll Do
- Achieve your assigned territory’s sales targets.
- Carry out effective, independent field work without direct day-to-day supervision.
- Report all field activities daily using the designated online system.
- Meet the division’s defined Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency norms.
- Generate maximum prescriptions to increase market share.
- Promote the division's product portfolio as per the established strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockists).
- Facilitate and contribute to local strategy building.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador for Abbott.
What We're Looking For
- A BSc or B.Pharma degree.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, OR a fresher with strong communication and analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior or current experience in the same therapy area.
- Experience from multinational corporations or top Indian pharmaceutical companies.
- Fluent and confident communication skills.
Work Mode
This is a field-based, local-country role in India, specifically supporting the Uttarakhand region. Work is conducted remotely from the assigned territory.
