SSM Health is looking for a Scheduler to join our team in a full-time, remote, day shift capacity. You'll be responsible for collecting patient and provider information to schedule appointments accurately, supporting our orthopedic, podiatry, and chiropractic services.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services.
- Obtain approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate.
- Assist with maintenance and updating of provider contact information.
- Ensure all medical appointments, special instructions, and patient information is entered into the electronic medical system.
- Follow site-specific protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance.
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma/GED or 10 years of equivalent work experience.
