Responsibilities
- Oversee the intake, processing, storage, and restocking of platform inventory
- Package edible dog treats
- Process orders through various platforms, including Shipstation, Shopify, wholesale, Amazon, Chewy.com, Wal-Mart, and Etsy
- Ensure the physical upkeep of the warehouse, including equipment checks, organization, cleanliness, and storage management
- Manage all returns and assess product reclamation
- Assist in developing and upholding brand standards
- Provide general administrative assistance
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional work experience
- Proficient in communication and process management
- Self-driven attitude
- Attention to detail and precision
- Creative and persistent problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
Nice to Have
- Experience in a warehouse setting
