Culina Group is hiring a Warehouse Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate arrival and departure of vehicles, including incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments
  • Maintain daily communication with clients, transport companies, and delivery drivers
  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone inquiries and requests
  • Maximize use of operational systems such as customer SAP platforms and the integrated Vision management system to support daily planning and execution
  • Manage customer service by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards
  • Oversee inventory accuracy for both customer-held and IPS-managed stock across inbound and outbound processes
  • Follow and complete customer-specific procedures and work instructions within required timeframes
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations during daily tasks
  • Verify on-site stock levels and ensure records are accurate in both IPS and customer systems
