Culina Group is hiring a Warehouse Administrator

Due to continued growth our Skelmersdale site are now recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on a full time permanent basis. Salary: £14.46 per hour. Working hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am rotating. As a Warehouse Administrator you will ensure that all goods in vehicles are booked, tipped and monitored in a timely and effective manner as well as ensuring all administrative duties are carried out accurately. Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator: - Deal with incoming vehicles and despatching lorries. - Daily contact with customers / hauliers and drivers. - Main point of contact for incoming phone calls. - Fully utilise systems available i.e. Customers SAP systems, effectively use the integrated management system (Vision) to plan and execute the day to day operation. - Customer service management. Liaise with internal and external customers to deliver highest levels of customer service on an ongoing basis. - Stock management with regards to customer and IPS stock accuracy inbound and outbound systems. - Customer Ways of Working and systems of work are adhered to and completed in a good time frame. - Ensure all health and safety instructions are carried out while carrying out your duties. - Ensure all stock on site is correct and accounted for on IPS and customer systems. IT literate with knowledge surrounding MS Office. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate internally and externally. High level of attention to detail. Excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills. Previous admin/stock control experience. Able to work to tight deadlines and manage your own time effectively.
