Gartner is hiring a VP, Team Manager - Tech CEO to lead a global team of analysts dedicated to the growth and retention of Tech CEO clients. In this role, you will shape strategic research and coach your team to deliver the actionable insights that guide clients through their most critical business journeys.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 5-10 analysts through effective coaching, continuous feedback, and performance management.
- Hire, develop, and retain top talent within the team.
- Champion content excellence across all Gartner intellectual property formats.
- Drive a consultative approach in client engagements to enable action and impact.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure client priorities are properly supported.
- Partner with product management to evolve the Tech CEO business at Gartner.
- Coach your team to operate in alignment with business models and financial goals.
- Manage team quality using established processes and metrics while driving continuous improvement.
- Define and collaborate on operational strategies for resourcing key advisory portfolio components.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in a related industry or research/advisory role.
