Tapintowattsbenefits is hiring a VP, Talent Management & Learning to report to the Chief Human Resources Officer. You will shape and execute talent strategies that directly support the company's vision, values, and business objectives. This role provides strategic leadership for the enterprise-level learning & development, talent management, and inclusion programs that empower employees across the global organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide overall leadership, management, and strategic vision for the Talent Management and Learning Center of Expertise.
- Develop and implement enterprise-level talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs supporting recruitment, development, and retention.
- Create and maintain enterprise-level talent management frameworks, including performance management, employee development, career pathways, leadership development, talent assessment, and succession planning.
- Embed the company's inclusion strategy throughout all talent management systems, structures, and processes.
- Drive the development and implementation of an enterprise-level global employee learning strategy and leadership framework.
- Collaborate inclusively with HR leaders and business stakeholders, providing consultative expertise for emerging HR challenges.
- Lead the analysis of feedback from employee engagement surveys, exit surveys, and other data to inform talent and culture investments.
- Oversee metrics, assess program effectiveness, and deliver insights on ROI through data visualization and strategic reporting.
- Drive optimization and adoption of the LMS platform to support modern and engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team on the development and roll-out of HR professional standards, guidance, and training.
- Manage the Talent Management & Learning teams, provide frequent feedback, mentor staff, and conduct performance reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 years of professional experience in HR.
- At least 10 years in a leadership capacity overseeing a Talent and Learning and Development Center of Expertise.
- Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide talent and learning strategies.
- Extensive experience designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development programs, employee surveys, and succession planning.
- Experience working in and supporting manufacturing/operating teams in a complex global environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner strategically with senior leaders while delivering tactical operating plans.
- Strong leadership with the ability to build relationships and influence across all functions and levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who serves as an advisor, change agent, and manager of results.
- Driven self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to travel 20%.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree.
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience with Workday HRIS.
