About the Role

Robert Half is hiring a VP Strategic Accounts - GTA to lead new business development and client management, focusing on expanding our managed solutions offerings in the Greater Toronto Area. You will drive revenue by leveraging existing partnerships and building new client relationships, acting as a subject matter expert and consultant for our strategic accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage existing client partnerships and net-new relationships to generate engagements, applying insights and consultative tact to foster client trust.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, build relationships across the Robert Half enterprise for lead generation, and attend marketing events.
  • Drive the expansion of Robert Half’s managed solutions offering to capture market share.
  • Develop content and lead presentations for new business with new and existing clients.
  • Generate trust as a subject matter expert in managed solutions modeling, scaling and customizing offerings to meet client needs.
  • Ensure coordinated follow-up on the 5+ Temp Out report for MBS opportunities.
  • Provide consultation to clients on managed solutions.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to meet client's current and forecasted staffing needs.
  • Develop, execute, optimize, and assess managed solutions processes, ensuring team adherence to client-defined procedures.
  • Be responsible for ensuring all accounts meet internal corporate engagement guidelines.
  • Be well versed in managed solution contract schedules and terms, executing against all commitments.
  • Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and business review processes.
  • Maintain the highest standards of operational excellence.
  • Define, manage, and lead special projects to enhance our service offering.
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders to meet cross-divisional client engagements.

What We're Looking For

  • University degree, preferably in Commerce, Finance, or IT.
  • A minimum of 5+ years' successful Robert Half Field or Strategic Accounts or Protiviti leadership experience.
  • Excellent business development, recruiting, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Professional accounting designation or higher qualification (i.e., MBA) is ideal.
  • Accounting, finance, or IT degree and background in Professional Services/Consulting strongly preferred.
