Responsibilities
- Lead the worldwide marketing function, overseeing programs, regional teams, events, digital channels, advocacy, creative design, and operations.
- Develop and maintain the global marketing strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, product development, and market expansion opportunities.
- Act as the executive sponsor for marketing, building and guiding a high-performing team rooted in innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Translate market and customer insights into unified program strategies by collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across regions.
- Oversee production of authoritative content such as white papers, blogs, case studies, and publications to position the company as a leader in NGS, DNA Synthesis, and Protein Solutions.
- Design and manage a unified global events strategy that supports regional sales goals in AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Manage the global marketing budget in the multi-million dollar range, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across all marketing channels.
- Lead the development and assessment of integrated global marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition and revenue, including through eCommerce platforms.
- Partner with Sales and executive leadership to build comprehensive go-to-market plans and strengthen lead generation and conversion processes worldwide.
- Define, track, and report marketing KPIs to executive leadership and the Board, clearly linking marketing performance to business growth.
- Create and maintain a consistent global messaging framework for all audiences, covering sales tools, webinars, events, and training content.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with external agencies, key opinion leaders, and collaborators to execute high-impact global campaigns.
