Responsibilities
- Drive new business revenue by overseeing pipeline creation, conversion rates, and achievement of sales quotas across all segments
- Lead and grow a layered sales team, guiding managers and enabling their teams to meet or surpass performance goals
- Elevate team performance through defined standards, regular performance reviews, and strong accountability practices
- Implement disciplined processes for sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and deal evaluation
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to align on strategic direction, objectives, and performance benchmarks
- Develop and deploy sales strategies that increase win rates, shorten sales cycles, and enhance efficiency across market segments
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to strengthen forecast precision, reporting quality, and performance transparency
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to unify go-to-market plans and deliver a cohesive customer experience
- Identify underperformance in sales teams and execute targeted, measurable improvement initiatives
- Serve as a key executive contributor to enterprise strategy and organizational decisions
