Jobgether seeks a VP, Product to guide the strategy, vision, and execution for multiple product lines impacting educators, learners, and administrators globally. In this senior remote leadership role, you will oversee a team of Senior Product Managers and Product Managers, balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery and fostering a high-performing culture.

What You'll Do

Define and communicate a clear product strategy across multiple product pillars, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch and continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers and Product Managers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Partner with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—to ensure solutions meet business and customer needs.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics, leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize product outcomes.
Represent product pillars to executive leadership and external stakeholders, providing updates on progress, priorities, and strategic direction.
Champion customer insights through research, competitive analysis, and market intelligence to guide product decisions.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of senior product management experience, including leading and mentoring teams of Senior Product Managers.
Proven success managing multiple product lines and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
Experience transforming legacy products, including platform migration, user transition, and strategic sunsetting.
Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and experience instilling this approach in teams.
Strategic thinking with the ability to operationalize vision into actionable execution.
Familiarity with leveraging AI in product development and customer experiences.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or content/assistive technology industries.
Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments, and external representation (industry events, partnerships).
