Jobgether is hiring a VP, Product Management to define and drive the vision for our innovative AI-powered product portfolio. You will be responsible for guiding high-impact digital experiences from initial concept to market launch.

What You'll Do

Lead the strategic vision and execution for AI-powered digital products and experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and data to deliver cohesive and high-impact solutions.
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, balance user goals, and define innovative product opportunities.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, design, and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
Establish and refine processes to optimize team performance and product delivery in evolving environments.
Mentor and manage senior product team members, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
Champion product best practices and encourage a collaborative, zero-ego approach across teams.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience conceiving, leading, and launching AI-driven products or digital experiences.
Strong understanding of generative and deterministic AI, and ability to integrate these into product strategy.
Extensive experience with formal product management methodologies and practical execution of product launches.
Track record of delivering innovative digital products from either agency or product-driven company environments.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technology, design, data, and content teams.
Demonstrated experience in strategic partnerships, team leadership, new business development, and pitching to senior stakeholders.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to strategy and execution.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with smart, opinionated colleagues and managing ambiguity.
