HackerOne is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Agentic Offensive Security to lead the strategy and development of our AI-powered Pentest as a Service (PTaaS) product line. In this role, you will define the vision for how GenAI via LLM transforms offensive security testing and position HackerOne as a market leader.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of our Pentest as a Service (PTaaS) product line strategy and roadmap, applying advanced offensive security testing that leverages GenAI via LLM in partnership with Design & Engineering.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to understand customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership.
- Evangelize the value of HackerOne’s PTaaS offerings as a subject matter expert via customer calls, product demos, webinars, and industry events.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management within high-growth tech or SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated experience shaping organization-wide AI adoption and strategy, including re-architecting products, systems, and workflows to embed AI at scale.
- Proven track record of successfully developing products or platforms in high-growth businesses, with in-depth cross-functional collaboration across R&D and go-to-market functions.
- Experience leading product development in cloud services and/or enterprise SaaS.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to building consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in an application development-related field, such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- MBA degree.
- Experience leading AI-enabled product development.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends.
- Direct product management experience in related cybersecurity fields, such as attack surface management, vulnerability management, penetration testing, or application security.
- Domain experience with security research/hacking as part of offensive security testing in penetration testing, red teaming, and/or bug bounty programs.
