Zyte is hiring a Head of Product to lead our SaaS portfolio of solutions for engineers. In this role, you will shape and deliver strategies for automated web data access and AI-assisted web scraping. You will drive growth from product-market fit to acquisition, retention, and expansion, while leading multiple product teams and collaborating closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial leaders.
What You'll Do
- Shape high-level product narratives, major features, and priorities for Zyte's portfolio of solutions for engineers.
- Work closely with product owners for feature discovery, prioritization, and execution.
- Champion communication of product plans across the business, ensuring successful launches and sales enablement.
- Work closely with engineering leaders to link product and platform thinking.
- Set and drive goals for teams on key metrics like activations, adoptions, growth, and retention.
- Lead a broader business programme of growth initiatives for SaaS across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Report on key performance metrics and product outcomes to senior leadership.
- Lead activities to monitor the competitive landscape and emerging market trends.
- Shape and evolve Zyte's pricing approaches.
- Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to test pricing hypotheses and support scalable revenue growth.
- Lead a team of product owners responsible for engineer-focused products.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and data-driven decision making.
- Lead clarity and alignment across squads to ensure timely delivery and impact.
- Be the champion of the customer—engineers, data professionals, technical decision makers.
- Monitor emerging opportunities and trends in web scraping, data, AI, and software engineering.
- Leverage user and customer insights to guide product priorities and strategic investment.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in product management.
- 2+ years in a senior or group-level leadership role.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth levers—acquisition, activation, retention, monetization.
- Track record of managing and scaling successful SaaS or API-first products.
- Experience leading pricing strategy and go-to-market alignment.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to synthesize insights and present performance metrics, strategy updates, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience with code, a background in software engineering, or a strong track record building products for engineers.
