AssistRx is hiring a Manager, Product Marketing to be a strategic, hands-on contributor responsible for bringing our healthcare technology solutions to life. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that translate complex healthcare technologies into clear, compelling value stories for providers, patients, and life sciences clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead GTM strategy by developing and executing integrated product marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, and retention.
- Craft differentiated messaging, positioning, and use cases based on market trends, buyer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Conduct competitive, market, and customer research to identify emerging opportunities and optimize product strategies.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to create impactful tools, talk tracks, and playbooks that accelerate deal velocity and improve retention.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product launches—ensuring alignment from awareness to adoption.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce high-impact thought leadership content.
- Define and track KPIs for marketing campaigns, measure performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Work closely with Product, Data, Sales, and Client teams to align marketing initiatives with company strategy and client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, healthtech (SaaS), or patient support services.
- Demonstrated success leading go-to-market programs that achieve measurable growth.
- Skilled in lifecycle marketing, ABM, content strategy, and buyer journey mapping.
- Familiar with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Figma, Confluence, WordPress, Pendo, and social management or survey tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex healthcare concepts for diverse audiences.
- Adept at managing cross-functional projects and building alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Data-driven, creative, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare marketing.
- Familiarity with UAT and demo environments to support product adoption initiatives.
