Jobgether is looking for a VP Product, Marketplace Services to lead the strategic direction, innovation, and performance of our global platform that connects millions of buyers and sellers. You will oversee critical areas including Payments, Global Orders, and Agentic Commerce to ensure frictionless transactions, reliable fulfillment, and trust across borders.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with company priorities and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing product team.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to develop cohesive, scalable marketplace solutions.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements are embedded into product strategies.
- Enhance user experience through optimized checkout, transparent pricing, seamless fulfillment, and trustworthy cross-border operations.
- Develop and track KPIs related to transaction success, fulfillment reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Strengthen and expand partnerships with payment providers, logistics carriers, and technology partners.
- Represent Marketplace Services in executive forums, communicating strategy, trade-offs, and impact.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in product management.
- At least 8 years in leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale portfolios.
- Proven success leading marketplace, fintech, payments, logistics, or platform service initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Expertise in regulated payment systems, risk-aware solutions, or complex cross-border commerce.
- Strong experience managing P&L-impacting roadmaps and turning strategic vision into tangible results.
- Skilled in team leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration across global environments.
- Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Empathy for marketplace users and a passion for building products that balance innovation, trust, and human connection.

- Compensation range: $305,000 to $396,000 + equity.
