About the Role

At Derex Technologies Inc, we are looking for a CRM & Funnel Manager (m/w/d). In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end CRM architecture, focusing on clean data, smart automations, clear dashboards, and measurable revenue impact. Your goal is to increase sales speed, reduce process friction, and ensure full transparency in all metrics, working within our dynamic team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage CRM systems (Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive): structure pipelines, stages, and properties; handle lead routing, SLA rules, and data hygiene.
  • Build automations & AI workflows using Make or Zapier: create flows with webhooks, scoring, auto-tasks, and email/WhatsApp sequences.
  • Manage integrations with Typeform, ManyChat, Calendly, payment systems, and ad platforms, ensuring bidirectional syncs and deduplicated datasets.
  • Create analytics & dashboards in Excel, Sheets, or Airtable, build conversion funnels, and set up alerts.
  • Optimize processes by working closely with Sales and Account Management to identify bottlenecks, build SOPs & playbooks, and run A/B tests.
  • Provide training & support to Sales and Account Management teams via quick guides, Loom videos, and playbooks.
  • Conduct customer CRM training (Close/HubSpot): deliver practical workshops and short Loom guides on setup, best practices, KPI dashboards, and daily usage.
  • Build funnels using OnePage/Elementor: create landing pages, run CRO tests, set up tracking, and hand over to CRM.
  • Manage Google Workspace: maintain structure, permissions, automations (Sheets/Drive), and template library.

What We're Looking For

  • Affinity for marketing technology and deep CRM knowledge, preferably with Close or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in Make or Zapier, including APIs, webhooks, error handling, and versioning.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in RevOps, CRM, or Automation, ideally within coaching, finance, or real estate.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills, including Pivot, Query, Regex, modeling, and dashboarding.
  • Experience with AI applications for workflow acceleration (e.g., auto-tags, notes, scoring).
  • A clean data mindset focused on deduplication, mappings, schemas, and naming conventions.
  • Structured documentation skills for SOPs and runbooks, plus clear communication (German C1+).
  • A strong systems thinker who documents cleanly and speaks both sales and marketing language.
  • A "builder-type" who can build V1 quickly, measure results, and iterate.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Airtable/Notion as an Ops layer, Typeform/ManyChat, and Google Tag Manager for UTM attribution.
  • A basic understanding of the B2B sales funnel and high-ticket lead generation.
