Brand Boosting GmbH is hiring an Affiliate & User Acquisition Lead to own full-funnel acquisition strategy across affiliate, influencer, PPC, and performance media channels. You will be responsible for driving large-scale user growth through high-performing campaigns with a focus on ROI, CAC reduction, and LTV growth.

What You'll Do

• Own full-funnel acquisition strategy across affiliate, influencer, PPC, and performance media channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing user acquisition campaigns.
• Test, analyze, and iterate continuously through structured A/B experiments across creative, landing pages, audiences, and flows.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
• Develop high-impact partnerships with ad networks, media partners, and influencers.
• Work cross-functionally with BI and data teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Report, monitor, and communicate core metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention) to guide budget allocation.
• Explore new growth opportunities across emerging channels and creative performance frameworks.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, DSPs, PPC, and influencer-driven user acquisition.
• Proven success driving measurable results on CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, MMPs, and BI dashboards.
• Strong grasp of funnel dynamics, conversion optimization, and creative performance testing.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Growth mindset with a bias for action, self-motivated, iterative, and impact-driven.

Nice to Have

• Experience ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming, or Web3.
