Binance is looking for a Senior Fiat Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our global fiat product portfolio. You will be instrumental in shaping how users interact with fiat currencies on our platform, focusing on key markets across Asia.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Binance's fiat on-ramp services.
- Conduct market analysis and user research to identify opportunities for growth and improved user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to bring product initiatives to market.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product plans and progress clearly.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on fintech, payments, or fiat services.
- Proven track record of owning and shipping complex financial products from conception to launch.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including banking partners, payment networks, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within the cryptocurrency or digital assets industry.
- Knowledge of the financial landscapes in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and broader Asia.
- Background in a high-growth technology company.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. We are open to candidates located in Asia, with a focus on Hong Kong and Taiwan (Taipei).
