Paired is looking for a Marketing Project Manager (Performance Marketing) to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team. You will oversee workflow, communication, and execution across the performance marketing ecosystem, acting as the central connector between creative strategists, designers, video editors, and media buyers.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the central point of coordination between creative strategy, design, video, and paid media teams.
- Manage and maintain the Notion project management system, ensuring all assets, briefs, and updates are current and properly categorized.
- Oversee workflow pipelines for all creative assets, including static ads, video ads, UGC, and whitelisted content.
- Track asset progress through all stages — concept, design, production, review, and launch — identifying and resolving blockers in real time.
- Collaborate with designers and creative strategists to ensure files are correctly transferred from Figma to Notion for final organization and launch readiness.
- Manage launch trackers and ensure ad buyers are notified when new creatives are ready to go live.
- Monitor ads pending launch, follow up with ad buyers on any delays, and ensure proper communication between all stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks in design, video production, or performance workflows, and coordinate with relevant teams to remove obstacles.
- Generate weekly reports summarizing project statuses, blockers, and action items for leadership review.
- Maintain consistency in process, communication, and execution across multiple brands and teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of marketing or creative project management experience.
- Deep understanding of static ads, video ads, UGC, and whitelisting workflows.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end creative production process.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing campaign lifecycles (brief → design → launch → optimization).
- Proficient in Notion for project tracking, team coordination, and database management.
- Proficient in Figma, able to navigate design files and coordinate with designers for asset delivery.
- Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager terminology and processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in DTC e-commerce or performance marketing.
