Delinea is hiring a VP, Product Marketing to lead our global product marketing, technical marketing, and competitive intelligence efforts. You will be responsible for driving a buyer-centric go-to-market strategy, differentiated positioning, and sales enablement for our entire product portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Develop and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Own product launch strategy and execution in collaboration with product management and demand generation.
- Partner with sales leadership and enablement to develop compelling sales assets, training materials, and content.
- Drive market segmentation and targeting strategies to support integrated marketing campaigns and ABM programs.
- Lead buyer and market research efforts to inform messaging, roadmap prioritization, and strategic decisions.
- Partner with product management and sales to develop global go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact technical content (whitepapers, technical briefs, videos, labs, etc.).
- Partner closely with product management and sales engineering to develop hands-on enablement resources.
- Support analyst relations by articulating product differentiation and technical strategy.
- Represent the company at technical conferences, webinars, and industry events.
- Oversee the ongoing competitive intelligence program that drives competitive sales content and enablement.
- Maintain and update a competitive landscape for product management, corporate development, and sales.
- Oversee and facilitate the ongoing competitive win/loss program.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of product and technical marketers.
- Collaborate with Product, Demand Generation, Brand, and Sales to drive alignment.
- Serve as a key spokesperson for Delinea’s solutions in customer, partner, analyst, and media interactions.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing both product and technical marketing.
- Proven success leading strategic product launches and scaling high-performing teams in a high-growth, complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging for both technical and business audiences.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership, product teams, analysts, and enterprise sales organizations.
Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, identity and access management (IAM) and adjacent markets.
- Experience with ForresterDecisions or Pragmatic Institute frameworks.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate across Product, Demand Generation, Brand, and Sales teams.
