GTT is hiring a VP, Product Management – Connectivity and Voice Services to own the strategy, development, and execution for its core service portfolio. This role is responsible for aligning product initiatives with business goals and customer requirements to drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Build the vision and roadmap for connectivity and voice services to maintain a scalable and sustainable business.
- Develop and implement product strategy to meet business objectives, identifying market opportunities and defining the product plan.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Drive innovation within the portfolio to ensure competitive market positioning, pricing, technology, and product structure.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring products address customer needs and pain points.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience leading a Product Management function at a global telecoms or managed services provider.
- Deep understanding of products in the portfolio, including global access technologies, internet access, IP transit, WAN services, SIP trunking, and TDM voice.
- Understanding of multi-national enterprise networking, security, and compute requirements, with experience interacting with C-suite contacts in global enterprises.
- Deep understanding of the competitive marketplace.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align product initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization.
- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing direction to teams.
