Shae Group is hiring a VP, Operations to lead operations for our global AI-powered technology and services group. In this contractor role, you will translate strategy into quantified OKRs and KPIs, delivering measurable outcomes across the business.

What You'll Do

• Run the company operating cadence, including OKRs, QBRs, MBRs, dashboards, variance management, and reporting.
• Build and own the RevOps stack from CRM to marketing operations, customer success, and billing, ensuring forecast accuracy.
• Implement fit-for-purpose ITIL 4-lite practices (Incident, Change, Problem management, SLAs) and institutionalize DORA/Accelerate metrics.
• Lead security & compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and vendor risk/commercial strategy.
• Ensure every new funnel, program, or product integrates cleanly into our architecture from intake through launch and hypercare.
• Build a high-performing operations organization covering RevOps, ServiceOps, Data, and Automation.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience in operations, RevOps, or technical program leadership within AI/tech services or SaaS environments, with proven outcomes.
• Direct experience building RevOps stacks, service-management practices, and measurable OKR frameworks.
• Fluency in security & compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and vendor risk management; strong executive communication.
• Advanced experience using GHL (GoHighLevel) CRM.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DORA/Accelerate metrics and partnering with Product/Engineering to improve flow.
• Prior leadership building cross-brand shared services, platform consolidation, or long-form program launches.

• Equity / long-term incentive plan negotiable for the right candidate.
• Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,500 per month (experience-based) + negotiable equity.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote contractor position. We have a preference for candidates based in the Philippines, South East Asia, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.
