Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of five years of professional sales experience
- At least five years of experience in revenue or sales enablement roles
- Five or more years leading and managing teams
- Demonstrated business insight within a software or technology-driven environment
- Proven track record in high-velocity global organizations managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and shifting priorities
- Experience creating and executing strategic plans that connect training and enablement to company-wide goals
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
- Expertise in designing and delivering diverse training methods including e-learning, in-person sessions, and on-the-job learning
- Skilled in using performance data to evaluate training outcomes and guide strategic improvements
- Proficient with learning management systems and instructional technology platforms
- Experience leading organizational change, particularly in customer-facing and sales teams
- History of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams with a focus on learning and development
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, security awareness programs, or Integrated Cloud Email Security (ICES) is advantageous

- Analytical and Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data analytics to assess training effectiveness, measure business impact, and inform strategic changes or improvements.
- Technological Proficiency: In-depth experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other instructional technologies, with the ability to oversee their implementation and adoption.
- Change Management: Skilled in leading change initiatives within sales and customer-facing organizations, ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of adoption at all organizational levels.
- Team Development and Management: Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
