Responsibilities

  • Establish strategic institutional alliances to position the platform as the standard for startup execution.
  • Craft and finalize enterprise-level licensing and volume distribution contracts.
  • Build a defined sales pipeline with measurable KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Perform market and competitor assessments to uncover new growth avenues.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product departments to align go-to-market efforts.
  • Guide and develop initial sales hires, laying the foundation for a high-performing team.
  • Promote a performance-oriented environment through effective training and sales support systems.
  • Source and hire elite sales professionals to scale the function.
