Responsibilities

- Lead product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration
- Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends
- Ensure product offerings comply with financial regulations
- Work closely with technology and operations teams during implementation
- Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps
- Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously
- Drive data-informed decisions to improve product performance
- Oversee user experience and product design standards
- Present product updates and strategies to executive stakeholders
- Evaluate product success using key performance metrics
- Support go-to-market planning and product positioning
- Engage with compliance and risk teams to address regulatory concerns
- Foster innovation while managing financial and operational risk
- Maintain deep understanding of retirement plan participant behavior
- Ensure scalability and sustainability of product offerings
- Lead product discovery and validation efforts
- Champion customer-centric design across the product suite
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed
- Manage product budgeting and resource allocation
- Mentor and develop product team members
- Align product goals with corporate strategy
