Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior executives to shape the company's long-term product vision and strategic roadmap
- Recruit, mentor, and manage the product team responsible for delivering on strategic goals
- Establish a fast-moving, iterative development process to accelerate product delivery and improvement
- Partner with customer-facing departments to foster deep customer understanding and integrate feedback into product development
- Collaborate across departments to design and launch new features and products that improve retention, drive expansion, and grow market opportunity
- Align closely with engineering leaders to unify product and engineering into a cohesive, high-performing unit
