Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of organization-wide operational systems and processes.
- Design and implement scalable workflows and operational infrastructure across departments and business units.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to accelerate execution and maintain alignment with strategic goals.
- Pinpoint inefficiencies in current operations and deploy effective, actionable improvements.
- Create, track, and analyze KPIs, reports, and performance indicators to measure operational success.
- Oversee and enhance relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party operators.
- Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and execution in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Insurance Operations, Legal, and executive leadership on key initiatives.
- Recruit, develop, and manage high-achieving operational teams as the organization grows.
- Institute rigorous internal controls, comprehensive documentation, and consistent operational standards during periods of growth.
- Lead strategic, cross-departmental projects that support long-term company development.
