Responsibilities
- Create and implement a three-year strategic plan focused on engaging key OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to secure program adoption, co-op funding, and preferred vendor positioning
- Act as the primary executive liaison across OEM partnerships, overseeing initiatives from pilot stages through nationwide rollout and converting partner requirements into actionable product, data, and reporting outcomes
- Oversee pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and profit-and-loss management sourced from OEMs; build commercial frameworks that incentivize performance and increase dealer uptake
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to adapt voice AI offerings and co-create launch materials specific to each OEM’s environment
- Appear as a representative at major automotive industry events and OEM forums, providing expert insights on voice AI technology and innovation in vehicle service operations
- Build, coach, and grow a high-performing team focused on OEM partnerships, fostering a culture centered on analytical rigor and prioritizing dealer success
