What You'll Do
Shape the global direction of marketing for a rapidly expanding fintech platform, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. You'll lead all aspects of marketing with a clear focus on revenue impact, aligning brand, content, demand generation, and international go-to-market strategies to fuel enterprise growth.
Develop and execute integrated campaigns that resonate with fintech developers, financial institutions, and enterprise decision-makers. Build a scalable, metrics-driven marketing function across regions, prioritizing ROI and pipeline contribution in every initiative. Design creative growth strategies that deliver results without relying on large media budgets.
Define how the company communicates across markets, crafting a unified brand narrative that reflects regional nuances while maintaining global consistency. Lead content strategy to support technical education, developer engagement, and enterprise sales enablement. Pioneer the organization’s approach to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to strengthen visibility in AI-driven search environments.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment across go-to-market efforts. Oversee event strategy, PR integration, and brand experiences that build credibility and generate qualified enterprise leads.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with 5–8 years in senior management roles
- Proven success in B2B demand generation and global brand development
- Ability to scale high-performing marketing teams and mentor talent across regions
- Strong track record translating technical offerings into compelling C-suite narratives
- Deep expertise in account-based marketing, funnel analytics, and ROI-driven decision-making
- Advanced understanding of Generative Engine Optimization and modern content distribution
- Experience operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments with lean resources
- Skilled at leveraging CRM, ABM platforms, and lifecycle data to guide strategy
