P2P.org is hiring a VP of Enterprise Sales (Crypto-Native, North America). This senior individual contributor role owns a personal enterprise pipeline, focusing on building relationships and closing deals with high-impact crypto-native companies across the United States.
What You'll Do
- Build and continually expand a personal enterprise pipeline across crypto-native segments, targeting both new logos and existing account expansion.
- Run 6+ month full-cycle deals from discovery and value narrative to legal/compliance, close, and post-sale expansion.
- Focus on key segments: exchanges, L1/L2 ecosystems, blockchain foundations, validators/staking providers, crypto wallets/MPC, liquidity providers/market makers, and DeFi/crypto-infrastructure projects.
- Leverage your established U.S. crypto network to originate meetings, unlock executive access, and accelerate multi-threading to decision makers.
- Drive business development partnerships and co-selling motions with ecosystems, custodians, and tooling partners to open new sales channels.
- Own account performance metrics and increase both client count and wallet share.
- Maintain forecasting accuracy and rigorous pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
- Partner with product and marketing teams on customer feedback loops, reference stories, and co-marketing launches.
- Represent P2P.org at key U.S. crypto events and meetups in NYC, SF, and LA to feed the top of the sales funnel.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of successful sales or business development experience in crypto infrastructure/enterprise, fintech/crypto SaaS, or adjacent B2B fields.
- Proven track record managing 6+ month deal cycles and closing deals with a TVL of $10M+ or equivalent assets/volumes.
- Demonstrated evidence of entering and scaling crypto-native accounts, such as exchanges, L1/L2s, foundations, wallets/MPC, validators, market makers, and DeFi projects.
- Comfort engaging C-level, Legal/Compliance, security, and technical stakeholders, with fluency in relevant regulatory and assurance topics like KYC/AML and custody frameworks.
- Strong business-case selling skills, including ROI/TCO analysis, economic buyer alignment, deal control, and champion/coach management.
- Experience building partner and channel business development relationships, including ecosystem programs, co-selling, and reference architectures.
- Process discipline in CRM usage for deal stages, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with staking/validator operations, node infrastructure, or institutional custody workflows.
- On-chain reputation or prior DAO/governance contributions.
- Existing relationships with U.S.-based crypto funds, market makers, and ecosystem teams.
- Public case studies, talks, or content, subject to NDAs.
