At Fanvue, we're seeking a VP of Engineering to guide our engineering organization through its next phase of hyper-growth. You will be a pivotal leader responsible for our technical strategy and scaling our platform for millions of creators.

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams and their managers.
Foster a high-performance culture based on ownership, technical excellence, and collaboration.
Define and own the technical roadmap in close partnership with Product and other key stakeholders.
Drive the planning and delivery of new features and product streams from ideation to launch.
Ensure our architecture is scalable, secure, and performs flawlessly for millions of users.
Implement and refine engineering processes to maximise efficiency and maintain high quality.
Play a key role in recruiting top-tier engineering talent.
Define clear career paths to support the growth and development of your teams.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Director of Engineering or a senior Engineering Manager leading multiple teams.
A strong technical background and a deep understanding of software architecture, scalable systems, and modern development practices.
Deep expertise in our primary tech stack, with a strong focus on TypeScript.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of inspiring and empowering teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Experience in high-growth, consumer-facing platforms.
A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
A data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Proficient in managing complex technical projects and navigating competing priorities.
