ROLE DESCRIPTION As Vice President of Engineering, you'll oversee the comprehensive engineering roadmap, cultivate high-performance organizational culture, and ensure scalability across multiple teams and strategic priorities. Responsibilities include leading engineering teams, collaborating closely with product and go-to-market functions, and maintaining ultimate delivery accountability. Significant transatlantic travel will be required. CORE MISSION Construct and expand a world-class engineering organization transforming AI from developer tool to universal knowledge work platform. Beginning with enterprise multi-agent systems and developer tools, you'll establish technical foundations for broader AI applications across diverse verticals and consumer experiences. Success metrics include product deployment scaling from IDE assistants to enterprise agent orchestration, ultimately revolutionizing knowledge work—maintaining startup agility while constructing infrastructure for a generational AI enterprise.
