- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing with product launches
- Manage budget planning and forecasting for digital marketing activities
- Develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies
- Supervise content strategy and digital creative direction
- Build and lead a high-performance marketing team
- Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing talent
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for marketing performance
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Optimize customer journey mapping and funnel conversion
- Lead marketing automation strategy and implementation
