Zero Hash was looking for a VP, Enterprise Sales, Brokerage

Zero Hash is hiring a VP, Enterprise Sales, Brokerage to lead and grow our institutional brokerage business. You will oversee all aspects of brokerage operations, from business development and client relations to trading execution and risk management.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the overall sales strategy and execution for trading solutions, focusing on acquiring and retaining enterprise-level clients across multiple industries.
  • Identify, target, and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to present and sell trading and tokenization platforms.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the tokenization and trading space, using market insights to shape product and sales strategy.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align client needs with product capabilities and go-to-market efforts.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, including financial institutions, blockchain platforms, and exchanges.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor sales effectiveness, analyze trends, and optimize the sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets role.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a successful brokerage or trading business.
  • Deep understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in both traditional and digital asset markets.
  • Strong network of institutional clients and a proven ability to develop new business.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree or CFA designation.
  • Extensive experience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset space.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the CRO and CEO.
