Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a research and development team of over 100 engineers
- Align multiple engineering teams and drive consistent delivery across functions
- Guide product discovery while maintaining space for creative innovation
- Design the engineering function to support global scaling and future growth
- Develop scalable organizational models without sacrificing creativity
- Act as an on-site leader who energizes engineers and sustains high team motivation
- Promote a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and fast execution
- Lead with clear direction and hands-on involvement when critical issues arise
- Transform R&D into well-structured, ownership-driven engineering units focused on complex product development
- Drive recruitment, professional development, and the integration of acquired teams
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products with reliable release cycles
- Advance a unified platform strategy covering security, testing, threat intelligence, and attestation
- Maintain strong technical expertise and guide the practical use of modern development tools, including AI-powered solutions
- Collaborate closely with the CTO to shape processes and turn strategic goals into operational plans
