Wealthspire is hiring a VP, Data Platform & Analytics to lead the firm’s enterprise data strategy, analytics capabilities, and data governance. This senior leadership role drives the transformation of firm data into actionable insights that enhance client outcomes, optimize operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the firm’s enterprise data architecture and analytics roadmap to support business objectives.
- Establish scalable data platforms and implement data governance standards to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Develop and enhance analytics capabilities to support advisors, operations, and executive leadership.
- Deliver comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and predictive insights to inform business decisions.
- Establish and maintain policies and procedures for data quality, lineage, and stewardship.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Security teams to ensure the protection of sensitive and regulated data.
- Oversee the management of data pipelines, integration platforms, and cloud-based data infrastructure.
- Ensure data systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of leadership experience in data architecture, analytics, or data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of financial services data models and industry practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $160,000.
- PTO & paid holidays.
