Responsibilities
- Manage the full profit and loss for wholesale operations in the Americas, ensuring achievement of revenue, gross margin, and profitability goals.
- Develop and implement the regional commercial strategy in alignment with global brand objectives and growth targets.
- Discover and pursue new business opportunities, expand distribution networks, and grow market share across retail channels.
- Create a long-term growth roadmap encompassing channel development, account prioritization, and strategic investment planning.
- Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships with key retail partners including Sephora and other strategic accounts across the region.
- Advance partnerships through joint business planning to foster mutual growth and innovation initiatives.
- Advocate for consistent brand representation and high-impact execution across all customer touchpoints, including physical stores, digital platforms, media, and CRM.
- Negotiate and supervise major commercial contracts, promotional spending, and trade terms.
- Lead and expand the Key Accounts team across the Americas, overseeing Directors, Managers, and wholesale personnel.
- Define performance expectations, KPIs, and individual development plans for team members.
- Foster a results-driven culture emphasizing accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on talent development, succession planning, and organizational structure.
- Oversee and enhance comprehensive account planning across retail, digital, and marketing functions.
- Ensure top-tier execution during new product launches in coordination with key partners.
- Drive effective assortment planning and distribution strategies to maximize product availability and relevance.
- Elevate in-store presence through strategic visual merchandising and retail execution.
- Maximize impact on retailer e-commerce platforms and digital media activations.
- Ensure seamless alignment between sales, marketing, digital, and field teams.
- Own the annual operating plan, sales forecasts, and target setting for the Americas wholesale division.
- Implement disciplined sell-in and sell-through planning, inventory oversight, and demand forecasting processes.
- Optimize promotional spending and trade investments to improve return on investment.
- Enforce financial rigor and consistent reporting standards across all accounts.
- Represent the Americas region commercially in collaboration with Marketing teams.
- Represent the Americas region commercially in collaboration with Digital and E-commerce teams.
- Represent the Americas region commercially in collaboration with Supply Chain and Planning teams.
