Sharecare is hiring a Vice President of Clinical Programs. In this senior remote role, you will be the clinical and operational leader responsible for designing, launching, scaling, and operating clinical programs, with a primary focus on post-acute and transitional care. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical program development, including clinical model design, operational workflows, and performance measurement.
What You'll Do
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of clinical programs with an emphasis on post-acute and transitional care.
- Lead end-to-end program development from concept through launch and scale.
- Define clinical scope, care pathways, escalation models, and staffing approaches.
- Serve as the clinical authority on post-acute care delivery and transitions of care.
- Design programs that reduce readmissions, emergency department utilization, and post-discharge complications.
- Define and own KPIs, SLAs, and performance guarantees tied to outcomes and utilization.
- Partner with Business Intelligence to quantify program impact using claims and clinical data.
- Serve as clinical SME in sales, RFPs, and client presentations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all clinical programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, Legal, Finance, and HR.
What We're Looking For
- Clinical degree required (RN, NP, or equivalent).
- Master’s degree required.
- 10+ years of healthcare experience spanning clinical operations and program development.
- Minimum 3 years of post-acute or transitional care experience.
- Experience with value-based or shared risk payment models.
- Experience launching or scaling digital-enabled clinical programs.
- Training or experience in quality improvement and patient safety methodologies.
Team & Environment
Serves as the executive clinical leader for CareLinx clinical programs.
