Responsibilities
- Define and execute a 3-year strategic plan and operational roadmap for the Care Navigator Team to enable scalable enterprise expansion.
- Use predictive analytics and business intelligence to enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and consistent operational performance.
- Develop and expand service excellence models and KPIs using lean principles and continuous improvement strategies.
- Improve services profitability by optimizing costs, forecasting resources accurately, and integrating process automation and AI tools.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Clinical, Product, and Technology leaders to align service delivery with client needs and support new product rollouts.
- Build a culture of transparency and accountability that motivates frontline teams, promotes data-driven choices, and sustains engagement during organizational transitions.
