Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the B2B marketing strategy, execution plan, and performance indicators, ensuring direct connection to organizational revenue objectives.
- Determine clear priorities and resource allocation across campaigns, customer segments, and distribution channels to maximize business impact.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Learning, Solutions Architecture, and Client Success teams to align marketing initiatives with market intelligence and company goals.
- Establish and maintain the brand’s B2B market positioning, messaging architecture, core value propositions, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform go-to-market planning, messaging, and sales support tools.
- Create and manage foundational marketing materials such as sales narratives, ideal customer profiles, personas, competitive guides, and response strategies for sales teams.
- Manage end-to-end product and feature launches, including audience targeting, messaging, and sales enablement content in collaboration with Product and technical teams.
- Direct B2B demand generation efforts, including account-based marketing, multi-channel content campaigns, and event participation.
- Build brand authority through high-impact content marketing that resonates in a conservative, compliance-sensitive industry.
