What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening community connections by responding to emails and chat messages from individuals seeking support. You’ll help manage and process referral requests, ensuring people are directed to the appropriate services. You'll also contribute during community events by providing on-site assistance and helping operations run smoothly.
Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- A clean legal record is required—no felony or misdemeanor convictions.
- Access to a tablet, smartphone, or computer is necessary to carry out responsibilities.
