What You'll Do
You’ll remotely supervise autonomous delivery vehicles during scheduled operations in Bern, monitoring performance and stepping in when needed to maintain safe, efficient movement. Working from the office, you’ll be responsible for real-time oversight and quick decision-making during active delivery windows.
Availability is key—you must be on-site in Bern and ready to respond within a 45-minute notice before operations begin. Shifts occur on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with times varying between morning and late afternoon. No weekend hours are required.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams in French or English and communicate with external partners who primarily use German, making language fluency essential for coordination.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Bern’s city streets and surrounding areas
- Strong proficiency in German, with working knowledge of English or French
- Comfort using computer systems and monitoring software
- Ability to work on-site in Bern during scheduled operations
- Reliable, attentive to detail, and adaptable in a changing environment
- Flexible availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, including short-notice readiness
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in remote supervision or teleoperation roles is beneficial but not required. Candidates with a background in real-time monitoring or technical operations will be considered favorably.
Work Mode
