What You'll Do
Drive expansion of the partner ecosystem across the South-East region by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential channel partners. Develop and execute joint business plans that align with strategic sales objectives, ensuring measurable revenue outcomes. Collaborate closely with field sales teams to uncover net new opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
Build and maintain strong relationships at technical, sales, and executive levels within partner organizations. Guide partners in positioning Versa’s solutions effectively, ensuring alignment with their business goals and ours. Lead regular training sessions on product capabilities, competitive differentiation, and sales tools to strengthen partner performance.
Organize and lead field marketing initiatives, including campaigns, seminars, and tradeshows, to generate pipeline and increase market visibility. Monitor deal registrations, track sales performance, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle to ensure quota attainment. Deliver quarterly business reviews to leadership, highlighting progress against territory plans and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in high-tech channel sales with a consistent history of exceeding revenue goals
- Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop strategic channel partners
- Established relationships with national and regional partners in the technology sector
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud, SaaS, and security technologies, including SD-WAN, SSE, and SASE
- Ability to communicate technical value propositions to diverse stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with experience influencing executive-level decision makers
- Capacity to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving market trends
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
- Authorization to work in the United States
