Construction & Property Group – UK is looking for a VoIP Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and excellent customer support for clients using VoIP systems. You will troubleshoot complex issues, configure PBX systems, and manage routing configurations.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for VoIP-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot VoIP issues, including call quality, SIP registration, routing, and connectivity.
- Configure and maintain PBX systems, specifically FusionPBX and VitalPBX.
- Support and manage OpenSIPS configurations and routing.
- Assist customers with system setup, extensions, trunks, DID numbers, and call flows.
- Diagnose network-related issues such as NAT, firewall rules, ports, and QoS.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate customer and system records.
- Guide customers through technical processes clearly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Proven, hands-on experience in the VoIP industry.
- Practical experience with FusionPBX, VitalPBX, and OpenSIPS.
- Strong understanding of the SIP protocol, VoIP routing, call flows, and PBX systems.
- A solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, and firewalls.
- Experience troubleshooting call quality issues like latency, jitter, and packet loss.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to diagnostics.
