Requirements
- Demonstrated background working in the VoIP sector
- Practical expertise with FusionPBX, VitalPBX, and OpenSIPS platforms
- Solid knowledge of SIP protocol, call routing mechanisms, and PBX architecture
- Familiarity with core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, and firewall configurations
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve voice quality problems such as latency, jitter, and packet loss
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
